Martijn Schoemaker - Fotosafari

Martijn Schoemaker lives and works in Zeist, the Netherlands. One of his ongoing projects is photographing the everyday. During ordinary walks - or as he says photo safari - he photographs inconspicuous square houses, or weathered shutters that anyone else would pass by. He treats the objects as portraits. As if they have sat down neatly to take a passport photo.
